We are searching far and wide for a an inspirational leader with strong coaching skills who can motivate their team to do their best work as part of our new launch at Pink Zebra Moving of Boston! The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, energetic, and service-oriented individual who enjoys providing top-quality service to our clients. 

Requirements:
- 2+ years of moving experience in a senior or leadership position 
- Experience driving a 26 foot diesel box trucks  
- A DOT Card (preferably active)

  • Leadership Skills – Able to coach and lead a team by example. Create individual development plans for his team and help them reach their career goals.
All Team Members of our company must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be 23 years of age or older
  • Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs
  • You must be punctual and dependable 
  • Background check & driving record check are required
  • Must be willing to work weekends and start work at 7:30am


More about the Position:

As a Professional Mover, you will be traveling to our customer's homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks as assigned. You will be responsible for providing top quality work and customer service to our customers through various tasks and communications. As we kick-off interstate travel, you''ll have the opportunity to see the country!

Employer partially subsidized health benefits, dental and 401k Plans available for eligible full-time employees. 

Part-time hours are also available if you're experienced, have the right attitude and are looking for supplemental income. 
 
Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
